Prague - Eastern Europe's jewel
Prague is the capital of the Czech Republic and holds a tourist base that many other European cities can only envy.
More and more people choose Prague as a party destination.
Much is simply that they have many of the same features patches as "competitor" Amsterdam, but Prague is also much unique that is very popular among tourists. Cheap beer, liberal alcohol policy and strip clubs galore make the Eastern European city of a "hit" among both European and American tourists.
Opportunities for a party tourist in Prague
In fact, that one can almost feel that there are more tourists in town during the summer than there are Czechs, and similar statistics are hardly when it comes to some other big cities in the world. Prague is still a great party destination, and we'll try to illustrate the possibilities you have when you head to the Czech capital:
Strip Clubs
1. All strip clubs offer very competitive rates and most also provide free entry. A "lap dance" cost from 5.10 €, depending on where you are and how "sleazy" strip club is. But you should care - virtually all the strip clubs in Prague are run by men with not very good intentions and a number of immoral thoughts, so be cautious.
There have been plenty of people who have gone on a blast by that they have been robbed by bouncers, etc. when they have gone alone on the strip club in Prague.
Czech beer
2. The Czech beer is going to be among the best in the world, and not miss the opportunity to buy quality beer to 5 million in store - and 10-15 million in the city. The main beer State called as much as Urquell and going to be among the tastiest in the entire European region. Only the Germans believe that the brewing better beer than we do in Prague ...
Nightlife
3. The nightlife and night clubs in the Czech Republic is also something for themselves. Many of the clubs made up of 5-storey disco filled with up to 4000 party people are ready - and that's probably few places in the world that can match just that.
Nightlife in Europe's cities are being considered, we believe.
Are you in Prague in the summer, you can enroll in one of many "Pub Crawl" - which is to buy the ticket for 20 € and visit about 7-8 bars and nightclubs where you can drink unlimited as long as you have purchased ticket at the start of the trip. In other words, a danger to yourself if you're the kind who drink unfettered so long as it's a sign with "Free drinks!" ...
Nightclubs in Prague
Here we present some night clubs in Prague:
Karlovy Lazne
By far the biggest of them all, and this is where 90% of all 'Pub crawl ends up - namely, the five-storey building where each floor has different music theme. The top floor is the acid music a.k.a. "DJ Tiesto" music, while the second top floor played Rihanna, Kanye West and "charts" music ... and so it continues until you are on the bottom. Karlovy Lazne is by far the most popular night club in Prague, and is suitable for people between 16 and 22 years.
Mecca
Mecca is often seen as "the keegeste" place to go, with a high celebrity and champagne factor. In addition, it is influenced by hip hop music and much music you can recognize themselves in the city here in Norway. Definitely a place that is recommended, but you must expect to have to dress up a little fine until you run a tour of Mecca. A highlight of Prague's nightlife industry there at least.
PS! Here, the beer costs just 2 € - so you get a lot of money.
In addition to these nightlife, Prague has so many local pubs that are worth taking a look back. Franz Kafka is the name of a familiar figure from Prague, and her husband have also had a pub named after him - only five minutes walk from the famous clock tower in the middle of town. The atmosphere here is ... what shall we say? Classic. But maybe not a place to spend the entire evening if you are a young party tourist.Beware of taxi drivers
But one thing you should watch out for when you are on holiday in Prague's taxi drivers. An unknown number of people have come to us with bad experiences about taxi drivers in Prague, and the stories are "pretty much the same":
1. You get into a taxi and asks to go to a specific location. Taxi driver nods, and speaks good English to understand and make themselves understood.2. The route takes longer than necessary, usually 20-30 minutes.3. If you are "lucky", so he asks you to give the number of funds held in takstameteret. If you are unlucky, you will be robbed by knife / gun / other objects.
Happens very often in Prague, so it is recommended at least not for women to take a taxi alone - this is discouraged in the strongest in Eastern Europe in general.
Pattaya - holiday for older people
What you might recognize as a typical holiday party is two weeks in Magaluf that includes

drunkenness, sex and partying at the world's best nightclubs. The average age is around 20 years, and hotels are packed with party horny youngsters who never settles. At least not until 6 o'clock in the morning. You thought perhaps that this reality just reserved for people in their teens and 20-years?
Think again. Welcome to Pattaya - Lego land for the aged.
For in Thailand is actually a bit different. On both sides of the Walking Street in the former fishing town, with pubs and bars, wall-to-wall. This is not a Swedish 20-year-olds with lick and polo shirt who sits around and keeps his lover, but older men in the 50 - and 60-years to do exactly the same. Minus weld. And the polo shirt.
Pattaya's History
But Pattaya has not always been a city with a tarnished reputation. It was only when the Americans arrived in Pattaya in a truck during the Vietnam War that it started. The year was 1961, and the American soldiers apparently took good care of what their options concerning alcohol and women. Rumors spread quickly to other forces in the American Army - and it would not take many months before Pattaya was filled with tourism in droves.
What is it that draws people to Pattaya?
As of today Pattaya only a few of attraction again, cheap alcohol and prostitute in droves. With such a travel brochure, it is clear only certain people who looked happy to go to what many called "the great seaside resort." After the Americans looked finished their stay in Vietnam began the construction of hotels and hostels to explode in full swing. Mass Tourism exploded in line with the development - and in 2011 comes the 10 (!) Million tourists to Pattaya. About 90% of them are aged men.
Burrowing Danish journalism in Pattaya ended badly
Danish journalists were in place in Pattaya two years ago (2009) to cover the season from the ex-fishing village (as they are doing in Ayia Napa every summer, you know ...). After two weeks they could not be there more. The reason? Well, it was pretty simple.
The story that was portrayed was as follows:
When reporters would one day home from "work" in Walking Street, they took the elevator to the hotel room. Just as the doors of the elevator begins to move again, grabs a middle-aged thailender hold of the door and then enter the elevator with a little girl about 4 years. Together they take the elevator up to the fifth floor, where all the exit from the elevator. The Thai girl and the man first - after the Danes.
|
Pattaya girls |
Journalists are becoming aware that this might be for journalists, and following that something special "pair". When Thai people arrive to a room and knock on the door exceeds a European man in his 50-year out. Money is handed out door to the Thai man - into yesterday the four-year-old girl in pajamas.
Child prostitution takes place probably in all countries and corners. The same with sexual exploitation of women of age. But in Pattaya it is organized, and in some circles it is also very socially accepted.
Walking Street in Pattaya
Back to Walking Street. On a somewhat tired "Go-Go bar in central street sits a few Danes and staring out over the women they can pay to take home tonight. Forums are solved and fixed, but eventually turn it into a particular peoples in earnest have set their roots in Pattaya - the Russians. Accusations of crime, increased crime and black money is pouring in all year against the Russian community in Pattaya. And the most special of all, they import their own prostitute to sell (the blood price) in Pattaya's most famous whore strokes.
In time, one Dane eye on two excellent pieces of trouble over a woman in nabobarens premises. The local tourist police are immediately put in place to separate the troublemakers and give them a tour of the jail. Then handles the Danes had in their beautiful 20-year-old thailender pay a hundred pounds to the bar's owner, only to go hand in hand back to his hotel to do his business. Will things ever improve in Pattaya?
The Day After repeated everything in Pattaya's Walking Street and there is no sign that Thailand's mass tourism will be less cynical as long as authorities do not take hold of the problems.
"Calypso? Hmm, I have not heard it before ..? "Think before you Googler phrase" Hotel Calypso "and find that this controversial
Ayia Napa hotels are well attended in the summer months.
In the heart of Ayia Napa was on everyone's lips in the summer of 2008 and 2009. Scandinavian youths had in a long time gone down to the Cypriot coastal town with a little punch from the Norwegian media about what took place at various night clubs down there, but everything would change when the spotlight was put on the Hotel Calypso ...
The truth about Hotel Calypso
We give you the truth about Ayia Napa by far the most talked about hotel in the Norwegian national media through the ages - Hotel Calypso.
In the summer of 2008 left tens of Swedish and Norwegian journalists down in the charter to pave the front pages of the cucumber-like newspapers around the country.
The result?
Shocking and legendary stories and headlines that could scare even the most liberal parent to want their 17-year-old daughter returned from Ayia Napa sporenstreks. And the hotel that stood in the spotlight? Kalypso Hotel in the heart of Ayia Napa.
The truth about Kalypso can not be printed by angling the case in one way. It must be read about, understood and developed as the travel industry evolves down the Mediterranean destinations. Despite the media to those summers went down to clear the front pages of major newspapers, they have a point actually, considering that some parties went over the log and track.Punches, kicks and plays in Ayia Napa hotel street
The Swedish journalist Peter Wixtröm was brutally beaten down and beaten up in the middle of the hotel's restaurant after having published a somewhat critical report a few nights before. "Hey! There he is! "Screamed a young woman until her comrades attacked
Hotel Calypso can be a shadow of itself during the day.
the innocent journalist. And Wixtröm are not alone. Have you been in Ayia Napa, you may have also noticed that the police corps is usually located down by Calypso at night after party after the bells have started ringing. Hardly a coincidence ...
But some claim that the hotel Kalypso exclusively attracts troublemakers, I will not post. At the beach you will find everything from blond Swedish girls to Germans with white socks inside the sandals that behave normally. Something else that goes under the category of "normal" is these activities that provide "Chlamydia Pool" his real name. At about 5:00 sneaks pairs young people down south in Hotel Calypso underground cave for a pastoral moment in a romantic setting ...Dirty, untreated and popular? Kalypso in a nutshell?
Others claim that the hotel is very dirty and untreated, which we have confirmed by doing a simple Google search on the hotel's name.
An English writing earlier reviewers said the following about their hotel experience:
"Location is good But it is dirty, you need to pay for a / c howeve it doesn't work, towels were dirty.stairs were dirty, pool is dirty."
The fact that the "pool is dirty" can have many contexts, but we choose to draw parallels between the nocturnal activities and the dirty profile Chlamydia Pool holds the daytime. Perhaps somewhat naive not to do the same for you who have thought up in one of Cyprus's most controversial buildings ..?
Options in Ayia Napa
Whether you choose the Hotel Calypso or not when you are down to Ayia Napa, you are certainly a lot to look forward to. Previously we have written tons of articles about the Cypriot party town - it only seems to get better and better every year. The city that is - not necessarily the articles. Even if they get better, too.
There are of course many other options than Kalypso when choosing hotels in Ayia Napa.

For many it will be to go on a party holiday an expensive affair. Spandering of drinks, hotel accommodations, air and food can easily end up costing a lot more than what you initially had planned to spend. Here are tips on how to make your holiday party the most profitable without it going to go out over how cool you have it.
1. Buy beer at their local store and run an afterparty in the RoomUnless you live in a hotel with free bar, it's probably seven to eight million more per beer out on the town than there are in your local store. Are you a group who are on tour, so you just have to pay for a case of beer every night.
2. Avoid senseless spandering on all around youIt is fine enough that it's nice to buy you a beer or two on good friends, girlfriends or friends, but to spend hundreds of dollars on other out on the town is perhaps not the most economical one can do.
3. Do not bring too much money out of the city.Crime happens, like you might lose money (or spend too much - check advice # 2 - ed.). Set aside a fixed amount that you will use on the town every night. After the first night you know you're completely on bærtur or not.
4. Avoid frequent withdrawals from ATMs.The best thing might be to withdraw euros, or some other form of currency for that matter, at your local savings bank prior to departure. In this way you will avoid the fees that are up to 50, - NOK each time you take out money abroad. And if you absolutely have to take out money, so be sure to take out enough to the rest of the vacation.
5. Do not buy things you do not need."Hey, this floating mattress has a picture of Jessica Alba. Buy it! "Is a common topic among charter tourists. Little economic thinking which results in a bunch of unnecessary stuff. You should have quite the king of the party holiday, but be sure not to end up with stuff you do not get you home in your luggage.
6. Make sure your valuables. If you lose your passport, credit cards or mobile phones abroad will cost you dearly. Always remember where you put things, and be sure not to bring too much when you drink. It is drunk things go a little over sticks and stones.
7. Plan well ahead. Set also like the budget. If you choose to set up a budget with an "other" record of about 1000 dollars, then you have some to take off if one day you decide to take it out on the town. It is okay to prepare budgets and the like by using our price guide to the various party destinations.
If you follow this advice, we can almost guarantee you a cheaper holiday than if you do not. Being careful with their valuables as well as the plan well in advance is so important points that you can hardly do without
What I think he means is, well, that I as a student, with very low income, who choose and dress a bit more fine and spend money on clothes and perfume instead of new date for example. Thus, you can have 2 people who earn akuratt the same year, the one using the money on clothes. The second uses all his money on a computer. Both of these people go to a party, and who spent all their money on computer come in any clothes that may not fully looked fine, and stirs up, a little swell, all the ladies go, therefore the person is formed, and goes nice clothes .. If you think it is the person with fine clothes his fault that the ladies go to him so think a bit about. I do not mean and provoke in any way, but people are so incredibly fast shutter, and owes them head on things do not have any reason to. Javist there are people from oslo west is really bad, and that will never come and buy a watch for under 15k as I usually just spewing off, because I believe you can get a good clock to 1500 million too, if you just the right priorities.
It is all about being rich or poor at party holidays. Some people might get some money to travel with, but most people are actually trying not to use all the money they have - which seems to be a good thing to do. I will not say that party holidays only are made for rich people, but I have to admit that you wont really have much fun if you are poor.I would have reacted so that use of the first post doing, but I do not judge people by appearance, but you see quickly who behave and prioritize and look good iforhold to others. However, people dress as they wish. But others have no right and beat people because they are not doing it or not. And, conversely, grew up.
You leave may notice the large influx of articles on Sunny Beach, which was published in the national media for a few years ago? Articles that were stuffed full with all sorts of propaganda referred to rapes, thefts and other crimes. It was also suggested that the police in Bulgaria was very corrupt, which could vote. Partyferie.com can confirm that the crime wave of Sunny Beach is a completely different ranking than it is on the other party destinations (Ayia Napa, Ibiza and Magaluf for example).
The hotels in Sunny Beach were affected by the media storm in 2007 at party holidays!
By taking a dive in the archives we found the following newspaper article, VG online.
In this, the following statistics skandinavieres involvement in criminal cases oppramset;
* Four Danish girls between 16-18 years have been raped.
* After a so-called choking pubcrawl a Danish 17-year-old of her own vomit and die.
* Bouncers beating up and killing a Swedish 24-year-old a club.
* A Dutch student was found dead in a hotel pool.
* A Norwegian is injured in hospital after being beaten up in Sunny Beach.
* Night of the day, a 34-year-old Norwegian woman assaulted by a man after having rejected his approaches.
In other words, a place you might not be sure to visit without having to take certain precautions. There are still people who go to Sunny Beach, but mass tourism has in a way come to a halt as a result of the floods that devastated the reputation throughout Europe during the summer of 2007. The Bulgarian government has however been advocated to stop crime wave on the Bulgarian Riviera, and has set the policy measures to regain the Sunny Beach as a great party destination.
But it's not just politicians in the country benefiting from party tourists who show up in the summer months. Bulgaria, Eastern Europe in general, is characterized by a large proportion mafia-like organizations that benefit from mass tourism. In most tourist cities / countries (Naples, etc.) live mob of tourism, and touches not the tourists. Here there are reports of people being beaten up and thrown out of the supposedly dark cars with mafia character. This gave the least little meaning for our part, when the mob (given that they are engaged in traditional mafia activities) would lose large sums of money that people turn back to Bulgaria for their holidays.
See also: Sunny Beach hotter than ever at party holidays!A corrupt police, a government who feel powerless and a mob that engaged in crimes against tourists. Sunny Beach is perhaps not the place to go for those who will certainly feel confident in the party holiday. But we can guarantee that the condition has improved in recent years. Last year (summer 2009) was hardly detected some rapes and robberies of tourists in Sunny Beach, which must be said to be remarkable in terms of what some had experience in 2007 ...
